At NeueHouse Los Angeles, BET+ celebrated the release of their streaming platform, BET+. Featuring a mix of classic BET programming and ample new releases, the service seeks to promote new content creation within the brand while still offering a space for the classics that help build the brand to reside and be made easily accessible to younger generations.
The focal points of BET+’s launch party were four unique vignettes celebrating noteworthy programming, all of which I was responsible for as the primary designer for the event. Its lifespan was relatively short; within two weeks, my team and I developed all spatial and graphic concepts and worked back simultaneously with BET and our fabricators to inject as much energy into the launch as possible.
